Ukranian Barbie: Plastic Surgery or Photoshop Fittie?
Photos of a Ukranian model who has transformed herself into a real-life Barbie have surfaced on the internet this week, as the world wonders whether these amazing images are the results of plastic surgery, Photoshop, or simply good genes.
Valeria Lukyanova is a 21-year-old with everything: a slim, fit body and a wrinkle-free face. But has she gone a little too far? In the images that can be seen of her online, Valeria’s face is bordering on looking plastic, which perhaps explains her moniker of ‘Ukranian Barbie’.
With a tiny waist, buxom breasts and luscious lips, it’s difficult to believe that it can be all natural, though the model’s figure has left even expert cosmetic surgeons a little in the dark about what procedures she may have undergone.
Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia writes on his blog that “Looking over her MySpace images, I really don’t see much… In the image above I see a moderate sized boob job… on a thin Ukranian woman with a thin waist that I’d bet was God-given. Her nose had probably seen some work although I’d wager she might have more. Some of the images appear to feature facial fillers, or maybe that is just Photoshop.”
It seems opinions are split over the Ukranian Barbie – but what do you think? Beautiful lady or plastic princess?
